In conjunction with our clinics, Martin runs a 6 week back care program, designed to help you build the muscles important to maintaining a strong and healthy spine. Martin is also available for personal training at Thorpe Park Health and Fitness centre where he has recently taken over the management of the personal training side of the centre.
